Berenice Marlohe

Berenice Lim Marlohe (born in Paris) is a French Actress. She is most famous for playing an anti-heroine Bond woman Severine from the twenty-third James Bond film Skyfall. Her television credits include Pere et Maire Femmes de loi, and Equipe medicale d'urgence. She has played in the French comedy Un joy n'arrive jamais seul with Sophie Marceau although not appearing in the credits. In addition, she serves as a brand ambassador of Omega Watches. Berenice, of French Chinese descent and Cambodian ancestry was born on the 19th of May 1979, in Paris France. Her father is Chinese, and her mother French. She comes from an upper middle-class family that has both Chinese and Cambodian origins. His father works as an ophthalmologist as is her mother who works as was a teacher at the school. She fell in love the arts while growing up at home in Paris and spent the rest of her time painting and playing piano. Painting and music were both passions of hers, which inspired her to go after her passion and make a career. Jack Waltzer held a workshop. Following a session with Jack Waltzer, she was enthusiastic about acting. Following this discovery she completed the 10 years of her studies at the eminent Paris Conservatory. When she graduated from school, she began casting for film roles. She quickly landed her first role in The Discordance in 2007.
